We expanded the patio around the ground-floor cookhouse and created a seamless connection to the pool area using stone that complements the house facade. Lawn areas with irrigation were added to reduce maintenance in this sunny location, while strategically placed night lighting enhanced both ambiance and usability.

A key challenge was managing water flow from the cookhouse and pool patio. We carefully elevated and graded the pavers, incorporating drainage pipes to ensure proper runoff while maintaining a cohesive and polished look. The result is a landscape that is beautiful, functional, and perfectly integrated with the home’s architecture.
